Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide, if your country accepts incoming parcels.
Orders to EU countries usually arrive within around 7 working days. For destinations outside the EU, delivery can take up to 14 working days.
International orders are sent by tracked airmail. Orders within Sweden and some EU countries may be sent using local postal services.
Shipping costs are worked out based on the destination, parcel size and weight. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you place your order.
If an order is lost, missing or arrives damaged, we’ll review the situation and may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund.
Please be aware that any customs charges, import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Delivery times are estimates, so occasional delays can happen because of customs, local postal services, public holidays or other issues outside our control.
